You can be comfortable with who you are at CrossFit Waldwick. Our coaches create a no-nonsense, relaxed atmosphere. Unlike a gym, we won’t just point at a machine and tell you how many reps to go for. We’ll teach you new skills and inspire you to push yourself harder than ever. Oh, and our facilities? Elite. CrossFit Waldwick boasts 10,000 square feet of training space. Add to that another 80,000 square feet from the Superdome’s indoor training turf and you have plenty of space to maximize your potential.

We want to provide the safest, most effective training program possible, so our coaches must get to know you and ensure you get the skills needed for success. This cannot be rushed! Everyone must go through our on-boarding process.
- Free Teaser Class – If you’re interested in CrossFit and want to know what we are about at CrossFit Waldwick, RSVP for our free teaser class every Saturday at 12:00 PM. You’ll meet the staff and get a feel for class structure and programming. If you wish, you can move directly to Foundations.
- Foundations – Everyone joining us to train CrossFit for the first time must participate in our Foundations program. It’s an intensive program of 6 classes over two weeks designed to gradually introduce the movements, training and intensity you will be exposed to in group classes. The emphasis is technical proficiency. We’ll discuss our training philosophy in great detail. Understanding why we do things the way we do is imperative for obtaining top results.
- CrossFit Group Classes – After Foundations, you can jump into our CrossFit group classes and begin our training program. Be prepared to train all ten components of fitness: Strength, power, speed, stamina, agility, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, coordination, balance, flexibility, and accuracy. This will be done via a unique, eclectic, and never-boring training program of weightlifting, calisthenics, gymnastics, and cardiovascular activity.
